I drink a LOT of tea and have been fortunate in finding some really great ones over the years. Folks bring me tea when they travel so I’ve had some interesting and amazing varieties from China, India and other areas. I even volunteer at the annual Seattle Tea Festival where I can sample still more teas that wouldn’t be readily available. I’ve never tasted better teas than those I’ve received from Tea Runners. They always arrive very fresh and just the right quantity. And beautifully packaged. And they make fabulous gifts. I have no idea how they come up with great new choices each month but I’m always excited to see what will arrive next. Bravo!
Great attention to customer satisfaction. After a recent order shipped, it was unclear at the fulfillment center if the mug that had shipped was the design I wanted. Before the order arrived, I received an email telling me as much and inviting me to reply to the email if the mug I received was not to my liking. Just got my mug yesterday and it is just what I wanted. As a person that has worked in customer service for a number of years, I want to acknowledge how much I appreciated the pro-active communication. Nothing but good experience with Tea Runners.
Top shelf tea every month, including rare varieties and international award winners. I've found several new favorites here, tea snobs rejoice! Customer service is excellent, easy to reach by email, responds quickly and gets a solid answer. An every month box is enough for two people who drink tea every day. I'm on every-other-month and each one I skip, I'm sad to be missing out on something, but even I can only drink so much tea!

Love. Very excited every month to receive my tea box. Packaging is beautiful and keeps the tea very fresh. The tea itself is life changing. Actually changed my life. I have a tiny glass teapot now that makes me feel like a very fine lady and double insulated glass teacups that allow one to fully experience these amazing teas. Because the tea deserves it. It’s special and fancy. Like me. The Original Box is just perfection. I have LOVED everyone of these teas, all of them different and intriguing and delightful. My mother is also thrilled as she gets to have the non caffeinated bag every month and RAVES about them. She says she can’t believe she used to just drink that boring old camomile s**t. The husband loves it. The dogs are indifferent. The only con is now people want to come over for tea.....
Tea Runners is amazing! Each month I receive teas which I am always impressed with. Winter Wonderland Rooibos is my favourite, but April's box contained Cinnamon Plum...holy flavour! I believe I found my 2nd favourite.
One variety package and so far so good. I've tried a lot of green tea brands in the past and the Anhui Maojian green tea I got was definitely the best I've ever had. The herbal tea Dusk was also very good as well as the Vietnamese ancient tree black tea. I was a little dissapointed in getting a black tea with lemon though. It was pretty good but felt a little cheap at about 6-7 dollars per tea. That said I'm definitely going to continue my subscription as it felt worth it overall.
