Great teas every month. I love having the opportunity to customize the type of box I get (black, herbal, or original), and any time I have needed to swap a tea out due to allergies, the response has been fast and easy.

I encourage anyone interested in loose leaf tea to subscribe to Tea Runners. The quality of the products as well as the support has not been surpassed by any of the other companies with which I have done business. After a vacation in China I developed a preference for tea over coffee. The challenge became “How do I find out what I like”. Enter Tea Runners. They provide a fresh mix of 4 teas every month to fuel my voyage of discovery. Although the are pouches I like less than others, there is alway someone in the family eager to take the tea of my hands. Support has been swift to any issue I have raised. The answers have been clear and accurate. Problems have been willingly resolved with the emphasis being on customer satisfaction; even when this customer probably did not deserve the benefit of the doubt. Charlie and Jewel (or Jewel and Charlie if you prefer) ave launched an enterprise worth of your patronage.

I absolutely ADORE Tea Runners. After having many health issues, I was required by my doctors to drink more water, but I got sick of it. I've always been a tea fanatic but cycling through my same few flavors of tea I had at home got boring. Now I can try new teas every month and even get exposed to teas I'd never tried before! The packaging is excellent, even including instructions on the brewing notes and the origin of the teas. I recommend Tea Runners to EVERYONE, not just people who are already tea junkies like myself!

Love the tea's!! The best part is the surprise each month. The new teas to try is like Christmas once a month. They have a large assortment in which to try. The website is easy to navigate and the assortment is always a plus. I always end up buying my favorites each month. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE!!!! I enjoy trying new things and this was right up my alley. I discovered that I lean towards more the black tea's, but have enjoyed every tea that I have drank.
