Great attention to customer satisfaction. After a recent order shipped, it was unclear at the fulfillment center if the mug that had shipped was the design I wanted. Before the order arrived, I received an email telling me as much and inviting me to reply to the email if the mug I received was not to my liking. Just got my mug yesterday and it is just what I wanted. As a person that has worked in customer service for a number of years, I want to acknowledge how much I appreciated the pro-active communication. Nothing but good experience with Tea Runners.
