My son gave me a subscription for my birthday. The selection of teas has been lovely. I've received 3 monthly selections and I've not had one selection that I didn't like. I also like the information given with the individual teas. A great learning and tasting experience!

I've had 6 months of the original teabox, and there has been only 1 tea I ended up giving away (to someone who love chamomile) all the other tea have been wonderful, I've even gone back an purchased a large amount of one.

So I love these guys. Customer service is AMAZING. And the teas are incredible. The amount of resteeps you get is crazy for the price and quantity. I have been with them for a year and I know have two drawers (deep drawers) in my kitchen devoted to these wonder gold bags of tea bliss. Do yourself a favor and sign up. You won’t regret it.

Excellent tea I've been a subscriber since they first started, and have enjoyed their monthly tea packages thoroughly. Some of the blends, though very few, may have not been to my taste, but the quality of each tea has been top notch. The exposure to new varieties is great. I appreciate all the hard work Jewel and Charlie put into it.

Took me a while to get the hang of making the tea correctly. I really like trying the different varieties.

Every month, Tea Runners sends me four different types of tea. My goal is to try out interesting teas I wouldn't otherwise try, and Tea Runners provides that. I generally love two of the four. There's never anything wrong with the other two, just that I don't love them. I consider that really successful. The packaging is exceptional and I look forward to my delivery every month.

I love this subscription! The variety of teas are impressive, the descriptions of the flavors are very helpful, and the instructions on how to brew each are great. I would suggest adding to the instructions for the "pearls" as a tsp of pearls isn't the most helpful instruction. I would love to see a "pick your own" subscription where you could pick the 4 teas you want from all the ones available that month. I've recommended this service to others and have been very impressed overall with it.

The BEST customer service and speedy fast shipments! We love the tea choices in the subscription box and have placed several orders of various other teas several times and have never been disappointed.

I ABSOLUTELY would and do recommend Tea Runners to people all the time. A few improvements I would love to see is larger tea pots to buy. A purchasing incentive similar to thinkgeek or ipsy.com.
