Tea Runners

The teas are lovely, very high quality. The make me question whether I should ditch the morning coffee entirely. My daily cup of Tea Runners' tea is my little pleasure.

packaging is beautiful...but wait there's more.... I got the black tea only and there are four pouches of tea. enough to make quite a lot of cups of tea. It was awesome to find this in my mailbox!!

The teas that I have tried so far a quite good but even better is their customer service. I wrote an email to them regarding an address change and the person wrote me back within a timely manner (the same day or next day I believe) and not only answered my question regarding the address change but told me to just give him my address and he would do it for me as it was be a little tricky to do it on the website. He went above and beyond in my opinion and I thank him for that, one less stress for moving.

I love the flavors- they are all so different- they make delicious ice tea.

Full bodied flavor with little to no acidic after taste. I'm trying to cut down on coffee intake and my son recommended Tea Runners. This tea is a great alternative and it doesn't need creamer or sugar.

So far I've had a great experience with Tea Runners. I do wish that the website was a little more user friendly, particularly with managing your subscription, but that is a small thing. Delivery is always on time, emails are informative and sent in time to make changes if you want, and the teas are wonderful! The quality and selection are stellar and they are delicious. I have already recommended Tea Runners to others and will continue to do so! Also, I'm excited to try the new Pure Tea Box sometime in the near future!

I'm a total newcomer to the world of non-bagged tea, so I'm just now starting to develop my palette preference, but TR has been a hassle-free company to do business with! They may seem a little pricey at first, but you do get a lot of cups out of each monthly box. I don't have much to compare them to, but I've loved every tea I've gotten from them thus far, and TR takes all the guesswork out of making a great cup with simple brewing directions right on each bag. I look forward to experiencing more of the world's finest tea offerings through this company!

A delightful cup of tea The quality and variety of the tea I've received this far has been amazing. I just finished hosting a large afternoon tea with some friends and all were very complimentary on the tea as well. I cannot wait to see what next month will bring.

I got my first Tea Runners box recently. It was the new Pure Tea box. Every offering is absolutely divine. I love the option to go every two or three months as well. Can't wait for my next box!

Honestly, the packaging is beautiful, the teas are fragrant and delicious. You get a good amount for the price, as well as a good variety. Also I got a very prompt response when I had a question or comment —even if just to cheer me on, it was nice to be acknowledged. It’s nice to have a cup of tea either iced or hot as an alternative to carbonated drinks or soda. An absolutely wonderful product I proudly recommend to my friends and even the occasional tea drinker. So shiny. ;)

We just got our first box and it was perfect. My only qualm is a few of the teas said they would be good iced, but I would love if the instructions for brewing those iced were included as well :) But I love all the teas we received and it was easy to sign up!

I used to run a tea business and I have tasted many excellent teas from around the world. Tea Runners is one of the premiere tea companies I have experienced. I am very thankful for the subscription my daughter purchased for me for Mother’s Day as I look forward to my monthly deliveries and I am now a huge fan of this company.

Tearunners chooses amazing teas every month. Honestly, I didn't love all of them, and told them so, and they worked to offer different boxes to better suit my (and their other subscribers') tastes. This month was my first Pure Tea box and I love all four choices. They are incredibly responsive to customer feedback. I highly, highly recommend them!

I've only received 2 shipments so far but they've been great and right on time. Beautifully packaged and the tea is delicious. They definitely pay attention to the little details, it feels like Christmas every month.

Charlie and Jewel love teas, so they started this company. Everything you get is quality and diversity. Is not only the taste but the smell of each tea that makes the whole experience worth it. I was a coffee person until I join Tea Runners :)
