Leaving this feedback as a mortgage advisor who worked with Ricky on our mutual client's case. I can't thank Ricky Francis enough for showing professionalism and true patience when dealing with the case that had massive delays caused by the lender. Mutual client was getting frustrated about the timelines and needed reassurance and clearer time scales for completion (we were nearly 5 months into the process), and Ricky handled it professional and at some point was updating myself and a client every day!
