I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. Incompetent - never return phone calls. Should be a simple process, buying a property but not with Talbots, Coventry. Nobody ever returns calls and when you do get to speak to somebody you get incorrect information. Even more farcical when they keep stating they are waiting for information from the seller's solicitor's but it is their other branch that are handling this!! God only knows when my mother will be able to move house but not thinking its any time soon with this bunch of muppets. Update: It’s amazing what a review on trust pilot can achieve. Complete turn around and now very happy with the service. Thank you.
