They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. I have now sold one house and purchased another using Talbots Law as my conveyancers, and have found them to be extremely good on both occasions. Their fees are very reasonable; their paperwork is straightforward and understandable; and they have been prompt in replying to queries. However, and most importantly to me, I want to personally thank Nick McCarthy and the paralegals Talha and Mandeep who have always been friendly, polite, and efficient in their dealings with me, but also showed compassion and understanding when my partner died suddenly and unexpectedly and I found myself struggling to cope. I would not hesitate to recommend them and intend to use their services again in the near future.

we received excellent service with the probate sale of my mother's property from both Annie Ford and Elliott Lothian. they answered calls and emails quickly and efficently. all paperwork was completed electronically and we did experience some difficulty completing the forms through this system. this is the only reason that the review is 4 stars not 5.
