Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!

We used Talbots as they were linked to Bairstowe Eves Estate Agents. Thank god we did! Georgie Blackford was outstanding from start to finish. Absolutely in stark contrast to the solicitors of our buyers and sellers. Georgie called us back the same day, never refused our calls. She chased people up when she said she would. She sent letters and updates regularly. Georgie was an absolute credit to the firm. She was cool and calm during disasters in our move. She provided great advice when we needed it and let us know when we had to kick backside for other parties. You pay the extra for when the proverbial hits the fan. And we are absolutely glad we didn’t go for the cheap option!!
