I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. Flawless from start to finish. A long process with lots of information and build logistics with our self build mortgage - but nothing was too much for Chris. Talbots was recommended to us by my nephew who has worked for years in the mortgage industry, and they were absolutely wonderful supporting us through our first house purchase in the UK since we moved back from the USA. The process here is more complex and prolonged than in the States, and Mr. Gwilliams and his staff were supportive and educated us at every step. They identified conveyancing issues, explained them to us and put us at ease from start to finish. Their fees and billing were transparent and extremely reasonable, especially given the high quality of service they provided. We highly recommend them for conveyancing and will definitely use them again for any legal services we need.
