I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!
Barinder was great help, she was efficient and dealt with my house sale and any issues within a good timeframe, she dealt with any blockers abruptly and also many thanks to Asim for his support.
I can't recommend Jazmine De'Wolfe and Millicent enough. Purchasing two new build properties and selling our main residence with a long and difficult chain, we received an excellent service. Jazmine proved to be proactive, professional and informative throughout the whole process.

Talbots law made the experience of buying a house easy. I have not moved houses for 46 years so I was very apprehensive about what to expect. I was finding stairs difficult to manage and saw a bungalow. The estate agents recommended Talbots and they worked very well for me. Highly satisfied.

Disappointed and appalled with the service received. Made a payment almost two weeks ago to Talbots as they needed funds from us to request a management pack. Had a phone call yesterday and was told that by the end of today, we would have heard from them. We did not hear from them so rang up. The gentleman from talbots law told us that the money had been send over to the management company on 23rd August. I then called the management group, who stated that they had not received the payment, nor received a confirmation email to say that this had been paid to them. I then called back talbots again, stating that the management company had not received payment. The man from talbots was evidently lying at this point, resulting in him panicking by saying he would go and chase this up for me. He put the phone down on me. Then rang back several times and ended up in the mailbox. Called again and one of the receptionists said that she couldn’t hear me and pretended that the service was not good… I am absolutely baffled by the lying and incompetency. The money evidently had not been sent because why would you send money and then not send an email confirming to the company that it had been sent? Disgraceful. If you’re looking for property solicitors, I would not recommend at all.

We were recommended Talbots by our estate agent to assist with the sale of Mums house following her move in permanent residential care. The service from instruction to completion from Nick and Talha has been first class. Given I have LPA although Mum still has capacity it was not a straightforward sale. In order to obtain and process all the relevant paperwork we had to access original copy of PA from another solicitor plus there was some complications over historical land deeds that were not sorted when we actioned Dads probate in 2021. Whatever the problem Talha explained clearly what was required and came up with various solutions to support the process. It was great to receive the call today from both Nick and Talha confirming the sale had been completed. Many thx Mum is delighted!
