Disappointed and appalled with the…
Disappointed and appalled with the service received. Made a payment almost two weeks ago to Talbots as they needed funds from us to request a management pack. Had a phone call yesterday and was told that by the end of today, we would have heard from them. We did not hear from them so rang up. The gentleman from talbots law told us that the money had been send over to the management company on 23rd August. I then called the management group, who stated that they had not received the payment, nor received a confirmation email to say that this had been paid to them. I then called back talbots again, stating that the management company had not received payment. The man from talbots was evidently lying at this point, resulting in him panicking by saying he would go and chase this up for me. He put the phone down on me. Then rang back several times and ended up in the mailbox. Called again and one of the receptionists said that she couldn’t hear me and pretended that the service was not good… I am absolutely baffled by the lying and incompetency. The money evidently had not been sent because why would you send money and then not send an email confirming to the company that it had been sent? Disgraceful. If you’re looking for property solicitors, I would not recommend at all.
