I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!

I have been impressed with the quality and speed of the service provided by Sean Knight and Kelly Rawlins. I often find with professionals that activity ceases when the engagement lead is absent on holiday or similar, but Kelly was more than able to pick up the reins as and when required to ensure a seamless service. As you would expect, there were one or two quirks to my purchase, but these were addressed by Sean and Kelly without any issues. A big thank you to both of you!
