I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. They also included lots of helpful information and advice throughout which put us both at ease during the process! Have already recommended them to my friends in a similar situation!
Barinder was great help, she was efficient and dealt with my house sale and any issues within a good timeframe, she dealt with any blockers abruptly and also many thanks to Asim for his support.

Great experience with Talbots law recommended via Breezemove for first time buyer house purchase. I found them fast and responsive. They would get 5 stars except for an issue with incorrect billing towards the end that took a few attempts to correct. If it had taken one attempt I would rate 5 star as it did get resolved eventually. I understand the problem was caused by an automated software.
From appointing them via Breezemove , a service recommended by the estate agent, Talbots responded within 48 hours to supply me with the correct paperwork to get them fully instructed on my house purchase.
From this moment on I had regular emails from my conveyancer Munveer who was an excellent communicator explaining things is simple terms. He was very responsive to the questions that I sent to him via email and offered to take phone calls from me if required. I found this was not really required as the email contact was so efficient.
On the rare occasion that Munveer wasn’t available, I heard swiftly from Joshua who was also excellent.
From the first email from Talbots to the completion of the house purchase took around 11 weeks. If I didn’t have to negotiate some issues with the vendor then who knows how quick it would have been.
My only issue was with billing errors at the end which I was advised was due to the billing software. After several emails this was corrected and I am very happy.
I had used another large law firm for a previous purchase that fell through and found it to be a really frustrating experience with sometimes weeks at a time before I could get hold of the conveyancer. This was not the case with Talbots, Munveer, and Joshua.
I would not hesitate to use Talbots again in the future.
