I’m very impressed by the service I received from Katie and Ricky in the dispute resolutions department when I needed help removing some tenants. nothing seemed too much trouble, all my emails and phone calls were answered in record time and as I had never done this before every part of the process was explained to me step by step and they both helped me turn a very stressful situation into an acceptable one with a very successful outcome. I can’t thank them enough and would fully recommend anyone in the same situation to use this team as it was money well spent.
