I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.
Myself and my Parter were dealt with by Sean and Kelly during our purchase of our first property! They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. Now that the dust has settled on what has been a long and bumpy road ending in the successful sale of our property in Birmingham and the purchase of our new home in Shropshire we would like to say a big THANK YOU to Talbots who played such an important part in this. Talbots have been wholly supportive and understanding of our particular situation. From the outset Tori was able to allay our concerns as to process, particularly concerning deposits. If this had not been explained so clearly we would probably not have proceeded with our purchase. Our particular thanks go to Ethan who has been so supportive and patient during the entirety our journey. Ethan was always quick in replying to our correspondence and when required gave clear, easily understood explanations as to where we were in the process and what was required next. We now look forward to many happy years in our delightful new home from which we can explore our exciting and charming new town and its heritage rich surrounding area. We would have no hesitation in recommending Talbots and indeed when next we require legal assistance Talbots will be our first port of call.

DO NOT USE TALBOTS LAW! Terrible experience. No communication and never have been able to speak on the phone to our solicitor directly. Having paid the initial fees for the searches in August, we have now been told that these have only just been applied for in October. We have been constantly put to the bottom of the pile and never prioritised. Not providing the service that we’ve paid for. Constantly ignored and worried about losing the purchase! Do not recommend talbots law in any way!
