I dealt with Natalie Badland in the Kidderminster office. She was brilliant. Great service, always responded swiftly to any emails or telephone queries. I would thoroughly recommend her and the firm generally.

They were both really helpful and supplied all the relevant documents and completed all the enquiries very quickly. TLDR: Avoid. They have done nothing for over 5 weeks on my case and are completely unresponsive. When I call them I just get passed around to people who don’t know my case and are completely unable to help me. I have now incurred significant additional costs as a result of their incompetence. I’ll report back on their complaints process once that has been resolved. I’m sure it will take months…

Our broker had recommended these solicitors to us because they were supposed to be punctual, fast, and professional. In reality, they made some major mistakes and caused us to lose money by delaying the exchange day by a full three weeks, even though everything was ready. They justified it with ridiculous excuses, and the cherry on top was asking for proof of address again the day before the exchange. It was embarrassing — I had to make a couple of calls to the managers to get things moving, and magically, we completed everything the following week. Now we’re left with just two weeks to carry out renovations instead of a month or more. Completely unacceptable given the price we paid.
