Waited over an hour and half for meal

Using Takeaway.com is so easy and I had my meal exactly as I wanted in no time

was so easy doing it online and a lot less hassle and also got to see the offers

Ordering is great but the restraunt we choose was meant to be a indian and was afghan and so should not have been in that catorgary As the food was nothing like it so need and little more drop downs to get things right for the customers as it's so easy to order and that is great

Food was very good will order again in future

Order refCO09W4 Saturday 28th June at 18.06. We ordered an Indian takeaway through takeaway.com at 18.06 and at at 18.46 (45 minutes later) we were phoned bt takeaway.com saying our order had not even been placed as they couldn't get through to the restaurant to place it. We were then asked if we would like them to keep trying or cancel the order. We said to cancel and we would try ourselves. We rang the Indian diner and got through immediately and placed the order. 25 minutes later the Indian diner called us to say that they had two orders for us exactly the same dishes one from us directly and one from takeaway.comand did we want both? We said no and that the takeaway.com order should not have even been processed as we had been informed that it was not even placed. We Finally received our food at 19.45 (1 hour and 40 minutes after placing it!). I hope takeaway.com did not get any commision on this order as we actually placed the order ourselves and after ringing the restaurant a couple more times to test it out we got through first time both times. Needless to say I will never use this service again!

I ordered online with takeaway.com with a little trepidation. I needn't have worried the menu selection was easy, the cost was great, the food delicious and delivery prompt. In a word - perfect

We used this easy to use website to order a meal, Love the fact you can use debit/credit cards as well as paypal and cash. Easy to use drop down boxes to choose sauces, juices etc. Wide choice of delivery times, but our order turned up 35 mins early. Not sure what they would do had I not been in. This disappointed me as it makes me think twice about ordering next time if I am put and want the food when I get home, would not want it cold waiting on my doorstep. Food itself was hot and well presented. Beautiful food, could not fault the quality. Would use both the restaurant and the website again.

We always order from here, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff are so friendly.

Our food arrived in a timely manner and delivered by a very polite man who apologised for a time delay that I hadn't even really noticed and gave an explanation to why. Again I hadn't noticed a time delay but the touch was nice. The food was out of this world - quite honestly. I've had vindaloos from other Indians and been disappointed by the lack of heat but I can honestly say I was not disappointed with this one and the spices and flavours were amazing. My partner had the madras and agreed the curry was so flavoursome and tasty. We had sides and sauces which again were of a very high standards. I would highly recommend this Takeaway and also thank the staff for such a pleasant meal.
