The online system doesn't give an accurate waiting time. Had we known there was a 2hour wait we would have gone elsewhere!

The Takeaway.com site was easy to use but it could have been slightly easier overall for this our first use of it. Placed the food order with, a new to us, takeaway business. Although the reply email arrived from Takeaway.com speedily, the service was a little bit of a mixed bag, with an email which seemed to suggest, (or maybe I read it incorrectly) the takeaway would phone to confirm the food on the way, or the delivery being achieved. As we were unsure, telephone called the takeaway, it seemed silly to have used the internet ......then call the company too. Other than that it was s good enough service we will try again.......

Top service,hassle free and delivery was on time which was a huge relief,would say right up there with the best online takeaway services,would recommend to anyone...give them a go!

This site has been pretty good to me, since for some reason I can't pay using my card on other sites like just eat and hungry house. It also has nice alternative payments, like paypal, that work a treat. The one time I had to ask the site for a refund I had a response back in about 5 minutes, which is probably the shortest amount of time I have ever had to wait for a refund. There are no major problems with the site, apart from maybe the food tracking not being entirely accurate, but that's to be expected, really. It also doesn't have as much of a range of restaurants as other sites, bt I have found something that I wanted each time I used it. Overall it's a great website, and my preferred takeaway service. I just hope they get a few more restaurants signing up in my area!

The food is ordered easily on the website.prompt delivery. The food is always piping hot and very tasty. Potions are of a good size. I would order food again from you...

nice rely spicy , long time cooked dishes ,fresh salt with coriander, deep with natural digestive enzymes.. Meat soft, but keep theirs natural structure

Great food good service and quck to bring it to your Door

I ordered a big pizza to share with friends on a Friday late night. The call center was closed so I was unable to know when the food would arrive. Waited more than one and a half hour without getting anything. And then I receive an email saying if I enjoyed my food. Wifely it was a joke. Replied we didn't get it. The day after I received another email with apologies saying that takeaway.com isn't responsible if the restaurant doesn't check the online orders. Well I think that isn't acceptable. If you don't want to take responsibilities than don't do this job. Or at least have a call centre opened for the entire time you give the service. Overall a terrible experience

Not as many restaurants as other apps, but still plenty of choice and unlike other apps when they say free delivery it is free

In comparison to other takeway sites, I have to say this one is my favourite by far. The general layout of the page is very simple and straight forward to figure out and provided helpful information about those whom I was ordering from. Overall, good experience and I would use them again in the future.

Has restraunts listed under MY postcode for delivery, accept payment then 30mins later ring to tell you your order hasent been accepted and it will take upto 7 days for your payment to be returned even though they take it in minuites, very poor service

Such a busy and stressful day that went on into the evening with no time to even cook toast! Looked on line, found what we fancied and ordered --- really was that simple. Food was simply delicious and so much of it you could have fed four. Highly recommended and will use them again.
