To be able to be at home and fancy something nice and be able to order online and have it delivered within 30 mins is fantastic

Food delivered all ok ... only comment is a little bland could have more flavour... and could have called to let me know the delivery was on its way !

Ordered on line, got an order reference number e-mailed back straight away, then sat back and waited. ...and waited. An hour and a half later I called, only to be told they hadn't received my order - and they did not seem too concerned either. I solved the problem by telephoning my usual Indian takeaway and calling in twenty minutes later to collect. The outcome - I shall not be trying this system - or the other takeaway ever again.

Food arrived on time and still hot. Exactly as ordered. Perfect !

Often I am partial to a late night takeaway after a night out. At this time many of my favorite places are shut/shutting and this is where a service like takeaway.com would be really effective. It would mean that I would not have to check many different places and my one shop stop would give me all the info I need to order a drunken takeaway. In reality Takeaway,com fails about 60% of the time late at night through a combination of incorrect opening info that allows an order to go through then fails and poor communication with restaurants. They often complain that they've had no notice of my order or that they no longer deliver. It would seem you do not have an effective digital communication method and phoning fails because for some reason Takeaway.com decides to shut and have no one on the phone from 10:00pm even though your outlets stay open later. Seeing as late night takeaway should be a staple of your business, I hope you improve this aspect and hire people on the phones for longer. Martin P.S. Hurry up and add a Bitcoin payment option to your mobile site and phone app!!!

Waited over 90 mins for my order but had to ring takeaway.com and the takeaway direct during that time as they were both blaming each other for the delay...joke.

Waited over an hour for food, rang the restaurant who referred me to takeaway.com directly. [name], the supervisor, told me that there was an issue collecting the payment for the food, even though I had a receipt from them AND PayPal with a merchant ref for the payment. They said their systems had flagged the payment and cancelled it! No notification, by email, phone or spam folder! I took me calling in to find out. I asked for refund to be told this cannot be done as manual checks need to take place to find out what happened which means there could be a delay refunding me of up to 10 days! So, I'm here with no food and no refund - how can this be right?? Very disappointed.

We order quite regularly from Yum Yum Oriental and they usually take 40-60 mins to deliver good food, this time though it was 1hr 40 mins (due to a mix up in the kitchen apparently). An apology would have been appropriate but wasn't forthcoming. Goodwill gesture of £3.50 sent from takeaway.com, thanks for that. Food fine once it had arrived!

So good and the food I order is amazing! this website is easy and straightforward to use!

The food comes quick and in good condition but they need to remove the restaurants that are closed down like chilli tiger
