I have used this service on several occasions and my orders to date have always arrived on time, hot and without problem. For the pizza service we use you can order well in advance on the day, pay for it and its waiting when you get home no hassle and stress free.
Excellent food worth ordering again
It came up telling me my estimated time deliver is 23.15 when I order it at 9.20. I watch the tracker things and from leaving the shop to be dropped of well u would of thought it was coming by plane. I wasn't impressed so will not be using this service again.

We had a voucher to use as a trial but struggled to work out that different takeaways had different methods of payment, found one in our postcode that would take it so placed an order to find that they had seemingly shut completely! Not a fault of the website and to their credit they called us to try to assist so in the end we cancelled and had to order through a different website as normal. Shame really but the lack of choice with the complicated way of finding out how to use the voucher, with the inability to collect an order, didn't really give the best impression.

I have to say that I probably wouldn't be using this service again just in case I have an issue that needs to be resolved as there's more chance in pigs flying.
First time using the service I was impressed with the speed of delivery. The food was excellent and even with the delivery charge it was cheaper than our usual. One problem: there wasn't an email or phone acknowledgement of the order, although by the time I queried with the restaurant the food was already on its way. Also: the option to pay safely with PayPal made it easier to use a supplier we didn't know.

My takeaway was due to be free delivery. A driver turned up, requesting payment for delivery. Everything had already been paid for on takeaway.com. I then had to explain this to the idiot delivering my takeaway. Takeaway.com need to put rules of delivery on there payment screens. I did not pay any extra, but poor all round from takeaway.com and Maa tandoori. Will not use again.

Not happy placed order online had a reply my food would be with me with in the hour didn't arrive waited another hour nothing !!!
