No food received, no one to speak with
I ordered a big pizza to share with friends on a Friday late night. The call center was closed so I was unable to know when the food would arrive. Waited more than one and a half hour without getting anything. And then I receive an email saying if I enjoyed my food. Wifely it was a joke. Replied we didn't get it. The day after I received another email with apologies saying that takeaway.com isn't responsible if the restaurant doesn't check the online orders. Well I think that isn't acceptable. If you don't want to take responsibilities than don't do this job. Or at least have a call centre opened for the entire time you give the service. Overall a terrible experience
