This company is shocking

This company is shocking 2 months, no installation, no sorry or anything . In May they said they would connect the first part then a week later they would need someone to be at home for the final install. I booked time off work then they cancelled said no line in sight, I had to contact them to find out what was happening. They said it wasn’t them who fit it but would get back to me. Eventually they said they would send a supervisor out to assess the problem, never heard anymore, I contacted squirrel once again they said the same again and they would find out from ms3 the cable company. Weeks after, many emails later they told us to chat to our neighbours to see if they could span a cable across their yards, so I went round to see them. All said not a problem. I contacted squirrel to let them know, weeks later they gave me another date for installation, once again they never turned up. I contacted squirrel again who didn’t believe me , they then told me to be at home for the final fit. (which I booked time off work) but they never turned up at all . Got no response from squirrel again, we are now mid July so I cancelled it. Had no sorry or anything, they are a joke!!

Very quick installation

So far so good, we had broadband installed 2 weeks ago , the instalation was very quick, the router arrived the day after and was very easy to set up , although we haven't been able to use it thoroughly as we haven't moved in yet , the service seem ok so far .

Great service as usual from Squirrel Lawrence answered my call quickly and resolved my landline issue within 30 minutes, calling back to confirm the problem had been sorted out.

A breath of fresh air

A breath of fresh air. Can't rate them highly enough. Easy professional install. Communication has been clear and accurate. The assistance from their tech support team (Harrison) after a minor glitch (my issue not theirs) was dealt with quickly and professionally. Just shows that sometimes the smaller companies are better with processes and a human touch. Will be recommending to everyone.

Wonderful experience

I have been with Squirrel since January 2023 when I moved into a new build property. In that time I have had nothing but an amazing experience with very little downtime (reset my router twice within that period). I’ve had very little need to contact customer service but when I have they’ve been fantastic and responsive. I spoke to Harrison today who answered my queries and offered advice on which package would best suit me after my initial contract ran out. I have renewed for another two years because of how amazing my experience has been. Fully worth the price (which even then is extremely reasonable!).

Fantastic customer service

I have nothing but praise for the assistance I have had from Squirrel internet. I have used the chat function 4 times and everytime the squirrel team have been efficient, kind, friendly and very helpful. This is a a stark contrast to the call centre/chat I received from NOW broadband. So far very pleased with Squirrel customer service and for that alone I would highly recommend. We have had to have a fibre line installed from the telegraph pole and a box installed on the inside wall of our home. The installation team were brilliant and again very friendly and efficient. The router arrived the next day and all connected and working. Squirrel retained my landline no too.

Immense!!!

Squirrel is definitely the future for anyone wanting to upgrade to Fibre. Their deals are great, the installation was perfect, the communication from the installation team was brilliant and everything we were told would happen, happened as planned. Contacted Live Chat Support online today - Harrison identified & rectified a very minor settings issue immediately. Anyone who may not have heard of Squirrel before or may feel reluctant to join the unknown.....be absolutely reassured that it is an immense company and you definitely won't be disappointed that you joined. Especially when other large internet providers are obsessed with the money and their own customer service levels nowhere near Squirrel's!! Awesome service all round, thank you guys!! 😁👍🏼

Great Customer Service and Fibre Performance

Great customer service! Everyone you speak to is very friendly, professional and always helpful. The fibre installation happened on the date agreed and we now receive phenomenal speeds. Squirrel internet is undoubtedly great value for money!

Best customer service

When our area got fibre we looked online and saw Squirrel had some good deals. We were concerned about what we were getting into - a name we didn't recognise, a lot cheaper than our current Plusnet deal... but we have been so pleasantly surprised. The fibre engineers were out within a couple of weeks and everything worked perfectly. Then, when we moved house, the team worked to install fibre before our move-in date with the inside work completed on the first working day after we had the keys. We did have a bit of trouble getting online that first day, but I was able to reach Harrison at customer service in a matter of seconds. He was incredibly helpful and got me online in time to make all of my meetings. Compared to my prior experiences with Plusnet and BT, Squirrel stands apart as having great deals, great speeds, and great customer service.
