This company is shocking

This company is shocking 2 months, no installation, no sorry or anything . In May they said they would connect the first part then a week later they would need someone to be at home for the final install. I booked time off work then they cancelled said no line in sight, I had to contact them to find out what was happening. They said it wasn’t them who fit it but would get back to me. Eventually they said they would send a supervisor out to assess the problem, never heard anymore, I contacted squirrel once again they said the same again and they would find out from ms3 the cable company. Weeks after, many emails later they told us to chat to our neighbours to see if they could span a cable across their yards, so I went round to see them. All said not a problem. I contacted squirrel to let them know, weeks later they gave me another date for installation, once again they never turned up. I contacted squirrel again who didn’t believe me , they then told me to be at home for the final fit. (which I booked time off work) but they never turned up at all . Got no response from squirrel again, we are now mid July so I cancelled it. Had no sorry or anything, they are a joke!!

Very quick installation

So far so good, we had broadband installed 2 weeks ago , the instalation was very quick, the router arrived the day after and was very easy to set up , although we haven't been able to use it thoroughly as we haven't moved in yet , the service seem ok so far .

Fantastic service with Squirrel…

Fantastic service with Squirrel Internet. I noticed I could get a faster speed for less money per month than my current contract with Squirrel. I was upgraded within around 2 minutes of asking the question - brilliant!

Expert on the chat line fixed my problem

Good reliable service from this Squirrel. Installed on the day I wanted it, and good response on their support line. In particular I just reported a minor problem to them (accessing BBC sites), I talked on the chat to Harrison, who was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem immediately. It is also worth noting that, most unusually for service lines, there was no wait to connect to a human expert.

Switch from ID Net to Squirrel. Positive experience

I have recently switched over to Squirrel from ID Net. ID Net were fine, but their prices rose considerably at the end of my contract. My broadband is provided via the Fibre Heroes full-fibre network. Experience with Squirrel so far has been very good. Emails and queries are answered very quickly, my service was switched over exactly as promised, and speed is excellent. Based on my experience to date, I would definitely recommend Squirrel to others

Excellent customer service

Excellent online chat, Harrison answered my question very quickly. Being a newish customer I was unsure if daytime calls were included in our 500 minutes. Harrison assured me they were. He also asked how we were finding the service so far and I said we were very pleased apart from the WiFi dropping out a few times, it usually came back fairly quickly, although we had needed to reboot the router a couple of times. Harrison immediately checked our router and saw there was a setting which needed tweaking, to hopefully improve the stability. Highly recommend Squirrel as a broadband/landline provider.

Brilliant and Efficient Customer Service

I have no words for how great the customer service from squirrel is (specifically the lads Harrison and Lawrence). When first joining I had some minor issues getting connected to the internet and these two gentleman were incredibly polite, resourceful and efficient and ensuring I had internet connection and were prepared to stick around and offer any other guidance needed. I’ve just had another minor hiccup with my internet connection and between me calling them, them calling their network team and Harrison calling me back, it took 5 minutes max and I was back online. Couldn’t recommend any other broadband company more.

I don't normally do reviews

I don't normally do reviews, but I didn't need persuading to do this one. Squirrel are by far the best ISP I've ever had. No mid-contract price hikes, good prices, consistent fast speed, hardly any outages and - when things haven't gone according to plan - they sort everything out very promptly and effectively. Love these guys.

Excellent service

Excellent service! I spotted the price had come down on my current package. Logged into the website chat and within less than 2 mins I had moved to the new contract, saving £13 per month! Oh and I did all of this at 7:20pm! Every service provider company, take note!

Amazing service

I’ve been with Squirrel for a little over a year and it’s been one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had with a service of any sort. I’ve rarely had to contact them but whenever I have they’ve come back to me straight away and have clearly actually read and understood what I’ve asked. When I first started with them I asked to use my own router but needed the info to set it up with them. They replied to me via email so quickly I hadn’t even finished boiling the kettle! I couldn’t recommend Squirrel more to be honest (and I have done to many of my friends!)

I have been with Squirrel since 2022 on…

I have been with Squirrel since 2022 on the Gigaclear network. I chose Squirrel because of the their lightning fast responses to my sales questions and the fact the support IPv6 where Gigaclear direct do not. I have just renewed my contract again at a better price. I can’t recommend Squirrel enough they are the best ISP I have ever had!
