This company is shocking

This company is shocking 2 months, no installation, no sorry or anything . In May they said they would connect the first part then a week later they would need someone to be at home for the final install. I booked time off work then they cancelled said no line in sight, I had to contact them to find out what was happening. They said it wasn’t them who fit it but would get back to me. Eventually they said they would send a supervisor out to assess the problem, never heard anymore, I contacted squirrel once again they said the same again and they would find out from ms3 the cable company. Weeks after, many emails later they told us to chat to our neighbours to see if they could span a cable across their yards, so I went round to see them. All said not a problem. I contacted squirrel to let them know, weeks later they gave me another date for installation, once again they never turned up. I contacted squirrel again who didn’t believe me , they then told me to be at home for the final fit. (which I booked time off work) but they never turned up at all . Got no response from squirrel again, we are now mid July so I cancelled it. Had no sorry or anything, they are a joke!!

Very quick installation

So far so good, we had broadband installed 2 weeks ago , the instalation was very quick, the router arrived the day after and was very easy to set up , although we haven't been able to use it thoroughly as we haven't moved in yet , the service seem ok so far .

I have just joined and it's early days…

I have just joined and it's early days but everything seems to be OK at the moment was easy to get signed up with your colleague happy with the price a month as I was paying bit more with k kom so at the moment it's happy days if I have a problem I know who to call

Good Service

Good Service and good customer service with the Engineer during installation. But Router should arrive before installation not after installation so that the Engineer can assist customers who might not know how to set it up. Other than that good speed, good connectivity so far and good price, so I definitely recommend it for others.

Install went nice and smooth

Install went nice and smooth, received router plugged it in and all was good for 2 days,then problem with connecting to actual web even though WiFi signal was excellent,after a couple of online conversations with there technical guys( using hotspot off my phone)they decided to send me a new router out,which solved all the issues,so cannot fault the excellent service

SQUIRREL INTERNET

Just a quick message with regards to Squirrel Internet. I have been with them for 18+ months now Never had any issues speeds are fantastic, as promised no price increase during my contract. Most pleasing whenever I have called customer services they answer within 2 mins which Is highly impressive. I spoke with Patrick recently was very polite, knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my full satisfaction. It's the reason why I felt compelled to write a review. Keep up the excellent service.

Very pleased

Very pleased. Installation was quick and efficient - shame the hub was not installed at the same time but makes sense to check the connection first (and different company!). Speeds achieved are better than previous supplier and cost is less than half.

So far

So far, everything just went smoothly. Since its ip i don't need to mess around with ppp username and passwords. You guarantee 500 mbps with a wired connection but I typically get 890 mbps over wireless. My streaming seams to work better too, customer service was very informative for me.

Disappointed

Read the reviews and got excited to find a great priced contract. Filled out a request form for installation, arranged a day/time slot (between 12pm-5pm). Received 2 reminders of the date/time. We made sure one of us was available and not at work. No one turned up, no one got in touch. I rang, no apology, just that they would look into it. We decided to cancel.
