This company is shocking

This company is shocking 2 months, no installation, no sorry or anything . In May they said they would connect the first part then a week later they would need someone to be at home for the final install. I booked time off work then they cancelled said no line in sight, I had to contact them to find out what was happening. They said it wasn’t them who fit it but would get back to me. Eventually they said they would send a supervisor out to assess the problem, never heard anymore, I contacted squirrel once again they said the same again and they would find out from ms3 the cable company. Weeks after, many emails later they told us to chat to our neighbours to see if they could span a cable across their yards, so I went round to see them. All said not a problem. I contacted squirrel to let them know, weeks later they gave me another date for installation, once again they never turned up. I contacted squirrel again who didn’t believe me , they then told me to be at home for the final fit. (which I booked time off work) but they never turned up at all . Got no response from squirrel again, we are now mid July so I cancelled it. Had no sorry or anything, they are a joke!!

Very quick installation

So far so good, we had broadband installed 2 weeks ago , the instalation was very quick, the router arrived the day after and was very easy to set up , although we haven't been able to use it thoroughly as we haven't moved in yet , the service seem ok so far .

Really poor customer service team &…

Really poor customer service team & Installation team don’t seem too bright either. If you are novice and let them sling it where they want I’m sure you will be fine. If you have decent equipment the likes of unifi dream machine ect the engineers seem a bit lost and puzzled. will be avoiding Squirrel Internet Ltd & MS3 from now on

Excellent installation and great…

Excellent installation and great internet service so far. Still under the 1Gb, but they are working to improve on that quickly. Would highly reccommend.

Squirrel is brilliant

Squirrel is absolutely brilliant I made my move from virgin and its the best thing I've done this year ... they are that good I would gladly take a 5 year contract out with them as it just simplifies my broadband

Squirrel start-up and GO...

Reasonably simple to connect, set-up and go. One small hiatus ably rectified by Lawrence in Customer Service, re: LAN in to black socket on modem (not blue) and we were connected. Looking forward to a great service.

Squirrel fibre. Good so far....

Nice to eventually upgrade to fibre and we choose Squirrel due to neighbours giving it good reviews. Sky Broadband was becoming a bit hit and miss, so we decided an upgrade was necessary. So far so good and the whole installation procedure, and set up, was smooth and easy!

The whole process was carried out brilliantly.…

The whole process was carried out brilliantly. Freedom Fibre were excellent when attaching the new broadband line and Squirrel delivered the Router the very next day. It was easy to install and has worked exactly how they said it would. The advisors from Squirrel provide a first rate service and the new broadband speed is amazing.
