I paid for next day delivery as we needed shoes quickly for a school event. The courier couldn't deliver and has now said two days from now which is useless. One day would be alright but for no reason two days later is the reason amazon is doing so well. I now find that there is no customer service. Just somewhere to put questions and get generic answers. This is why one company has taken over the online shopping and I should have gone with the herd.
Great communication, fast delivery. My husband loves the shorts.
Paid for item at 8:30 the night before and received the next day excellent service.
The golf clubs ordered. Confirmation follows with expected delivery date 9th July. Approximately one week. I received an email three days after my order, confirming the clubs will be delivered four days earlier than expected. Absolutely delighted. Excellent customer service.

I purchased a pair of Sketcher’s the same size as two previous pairs but found that they were too small when I tried to get a refund I was told by a rude supervisor that they would only give me a credit note or an exchange .This was reiterated by head office.Most other retailers would have been happy to reimburse without any problem.

I was already aware of the postal charges for delivery (£5 for the privilege of travelling and picking up from the shop?!) but to be stung for another five for returning a pair of trainers that were too small and I had no way to try beforehand is daylight robbery. There was no way to try the trainers on to be sure of the correct size, and I'm now a tenner out of pocket for this, thanks, big thumbs up for the service.

As always, the Sports Direct website is easy to use, with great deals on all goods. And as always, Sports Direct provides quick updates on confirmation of order, updates on dispatch and updates on delivery, which is always fast. I can’t find any faults at all.
