I paid for next day delivery as we needed shoes quickly for a school event. The courier couldn't deliver and has now said two days from now which is useless. One day would be alright but for no reason two days later is the reason amazon is doing so well. I now find that there is no customer service. Just somewhere to put questions and get generic answers.
This is why one company has taken over the online shopping and I should have gone with the herd.
The golf clubs ordered. Confirmation follows with expected delivery date 9th July. Approximately one week.
I received an email three days after my order, confirming the clubs will be delivered four days earlier than expected. Absolutely delighted. Excellent customer service.
Done order online & for next day delivery but item didn’t get delivered until 4 days later So I’d like a full refund on my delivery charge please of £12.99 it’s not the money it’s the principle
Whilst sports direct items are good value and quality the online delivery EVRI is absolutely abysmal i have waited in all day it's 3 days late i paid for next day delivery il never go online order again I got work tomorrow and they will probably try to deliver when I'm at work what a waste of my time. when it does goes back to the delivery hub it will be another week before i be at home again should have gone to the the shop today instead . very disappointed
