I paid for next day delivery as we needed shoes quickly for a school event. The courier couldn't deliver and has now said two days from now which is useless. One day would be alright but for no reason two days later is the reason amazon is doing so well. I now find that there is no customer service. Just somewhere to put questions and get generic answers. This is why one company has taken over the online shopping and I should have gone with the herd.
Great communication, fast delivery. My husband loves the shorts.
Paid for item at 8:30 the night before and received the next day excellent service.
The golf clubs ordered. Confirmation follows with expected delivery date 9th July. Approximately one week. I received an email three days after my order, confirming the clubs will be delivered four days earlier than expected. Absolutely delighted. Excellent customer service.

non existent customer service no human being, it is all computer generated. I live in California ordered from UK by mistake three $22.00 gym shorts plus taxes @50.00 and was charged $12.99for shipping. then I received an email bill form a shipping carrier for $50.00 for tarrifs and taxes. wth! and the kicker is i will not received the short till October- wtf. I spent hours trying online and on the phone trying to talk to a human being. no phone numbers are provided nor customer service agents. Just computer generated BS! I even tried their USA site same tarrifs and taxes BS! Guess I am out 50 bucks. So I am trying to save you from a major headache- shop elsewhere. I bet this out fit knocks off major sports brands iteam, bc on the Everlast web site they stop making the shorts I want, but sports directorial has them..? why is that? thus company takes your money..then I bet another branch of it who claims to be their shipper screws you for major tarrifs and taxes. TOTAL RIP OFF SCAM JOB! AVOID THEM!

First parcel got lost but a replacement was sent out straightaway. Emails and chat bot were very helpful and efficient.

Hi there I'm very disappointed in the standard of packaging, the box was bent, torn and damaged with the trainers falling out into the delivery bag. When I'm paying Β£92 and Β£5 delivery, I expect a reasonable standard of packaging π not thrown in the bag any old how! Kind regards

Please make it clear that your standard delivery come from evri. They are useless and I would have picked a different delivery option had this been clear.

Service is good, it quick and easy. They don't always deliver though within the 48 hrs time frame when you purchase this delivery option which is false advertising in my opinion. This would otherwise be 5 star review. Ps all delivery options are charged
