I paid for next day delivery as we needed shoes quickly for a school event. The courier couldn't deliver and has now said two days from now which is useless. One day would be alright but for no reason two days later is the reason amazon is doing so well. I now find that there is no customer service. Just somewhere to put questions and get generic answers.
This is why one company has taken over the online shopping and I should have gone with the herd.
The golf clubs ordered. Confirmation follows with expected delivery date 9th July. Approximately one week.
I received an email three days after my order, confirming the clubs will be delivered four days earlier than expected. Absolutely delighted. Excellent customer service.
Via een bestelling bij sportsworld een levering via Sportsdirect Den haag ontvangen. Deze wil ik retourneren. Op de site staat 4.99 kosten, maar bij selecteren moet ik bijna 17 euro betalen.
Kan nergens een mail of telefoonnummer vinden. Wordt aan het lijntje gehouden en kan dus niet retourneren.
Wat een slechte service.
Not received, ordered 2 weeks ago, latest delivery 1 July. Order appears stuck with courier and both Sports Direct and Evri chat bots say wait longer. Need better systems and problem recovery service.
I paid extra for next day delivery because I needed the item before going on holiday — but it’s been delayed and still hasn’t arrived. Totally unacceptable. If you offer next day delivery at an extra cost, it should be guaranteed. Really disappointed with this service.
Paid £9.99 for next day delivery. On Wednesday 2nd, still not been recieved at EVRI on 4th July at 0930am. Not only are you charging way over the price for a service you are not committing too, however I am now without an outfit for my night out
