I paid for next day delivery as we needed shoes quickly for a school event. The courier couldn't deliver and has now said two days from now which is useless. One day would be alright but for no reason two days later is the reason amazon is doing so well. I now find that there is no customer service. Just somewhere to put questions and get generic answers.
This is why one company has taken over the online shopping and I should have gone with the herd.
The golf clubs ordered. Confirmation follows with expected delivery date 9th July. Approximately one week.
I received an email three days after my order, confirming the clubs will be delivered four days earlier than expected. Absolutely delighted. Excellent customer service.
Taken my money but still waiting on my order over 3 months later!!!
Never in my life has a company taken my hard earned money but haven’t sent my order until now. Ordered in March and still haven’t received it. If I went into / store and took goods without paying I would be done for shoplifting but they can affectively steal my money and get away with it. I’ve emailed, filled in forms and even tried web chat but get ignored or cut off. I can’t even speak to anyone in store because it’s an online order. A disgrace of a company and I’ve no idea how they are allowed to operate like this as reviews suggest this is a regular occurrence. I will never order from Sports Direct again or any of their sister stores.
Returns charges extortionate with no exchange option
Shocked at the cost of returns, with no option to return to store or exchange. Already paid £4.99 delivery, but when an item is badly sized and you can't even exchange for another size!! Wish I had read the reviews on here before my purchase. The store near me has a very poor selection of items to buy, which forces you to purchase online.... and then to sting the Customer in this way! I didn't expect such unreasonable behaviour from such a large company. Will certainly be losing my Custom and I will be spreading the word to avoid!!! 👎👎👎
Delivery charge of £5, it's still taken more than a week to arrive, during which it seems I've been subscribed to their email newsletter without consent. Still waiting on my parcel and have received 4 email ads since my order confirmation. Unsubscribed and wouldn't order again.

I paid 10£ for next day delivery - it was a birthday present for my Nephew. Still today - 3 days later - it hasnt Arrived and my nephews birthday is over - he didnt Get any present from me:-(

Last Friday I ordered a cricket bat and ball for a game on the Sunday. I paid £10 for next day delivery so that it would arrive on Saturday. The ball arrived on Monday and it is now Friday and still no sign of the bat. Utterly useless.
