So easy to renew

The transaction to renew was just SO EASY!! The information was straight forward to understand and a couple of clicks later it was all renewed. If only all domestic renewals were like this.

The worst utility company

The worst utility company. Customer service not trained in customer service. Been scammed by direct debit before so use standing orders with all utilities, these chumps keep harassing me over it despite my consistent payments over their payment plan requirements and despite being on the special needs register. Disgraceful no other utility company has behaved this way, all the others have simply facilitated things reasonably without any further issue.

Good website detailing prices and usage. I compared prices on Compare The Market and while CTM were cheaper for non-green energy, So Energy were a good bit cheaper for green energy.
