I'm sure this estimate is in your favor NOT mine, this is so unfair, I'm a pensioner hardly ever turn lights on etc. live mainly at my girlfriends house so how can you estimate my usage ?

AVOID so energy
AVOID this company at all cost if you can, they have bad service, they change your tariff within 1 month and put you on a none affordable plan. I cancelled the contract after 4 days as i was still within my statuary rights 14 days. It feels like i have been scammed and i will never be coming back again or recommend to any one
