There is sometimes an inertia or confusion about renewing any deal. I did my research before renewing with SO but found that their rate was both competitive and clearly explained. No problem with my decision to go again with SO.

Satisfied to get your energy

We've been with So Energy for at least 4 years and have been offered good rates for our electric and gas. When we contact them we always get help on phone or email so are happy to continue with them.
