In order to quicken a sale, Snellers suggested to use a Search from the previous Buyer saying it would save me money. Their Memoranda of Sale with unrealistic deadlines highlighted with a marker pen so unprofessional. To cap it all, the Vendor agreed my offer of the full asking price the day following viewing but would Snellers take it off the market as I requested. No. Not even show it as Under Offer or SSTC. They even had the nerve to say there might be further viewings. Also kept sending silly e mail reminders to my Solicitors every 2 weeks or so. My Solicitors and I spentfar more hours on not only my purchase but my sale in getting thetransactions across the line. Avoid.

I have over £100k in savings I own two businesses that earn over £450k pa but yet I cant pass a tenant reference for a house that is £1600pm? because the way my finances are laid out, savings not in a savings account, dividends not payroll etc yet people who work for me would pass? It’s a joke with bias parameters put in place to exclude a “certain type” of person. Well done. Not even sure how this is legal. Classism is a bad as Racism. And this feel like both

I recently visited a property with Sonia, I had changed my mind and then last minute revisited. Sonia was extremely professional, her personality is so warm, and infectious that she really was part of my decision to really go for the purchase of property. A supposedly easy house sale made difficult by the complete lack of communications from Aaron, after having signed agency agreement, and then Charlie who was meant to manage the process. Required continuous work and effort on our part, until the closing when suddenly regular contact resumed. Must have been the sight of a big commission fee…

Harry Jenkins was outstanding, not only in securing a good price for the sale but also of keeping the process on track even when there were the inevitable surprises. He deserves special mention for offering to help supervise the packing and removal of our belongings when we could not return to London from Moscow due to travel restrictions.
