In the short time Shaun has been overseeing the management of the property, he has been efficient and dealt with matters in a timely manner. Snellers estate agents have been managing my property for approximately 5 years and the level of service has been amazing. When there was a major issue with my flat it was Sophie Sheppard who delivered what I can only describe as going above and beyond for me, dealing with incredibly incompetent people plus organising the insurance payments I can honestly say if it wasn’t for Sophie I don’t know what I would of done. I have been a customer of Snellers since 2008. I have a couple of properties that I rent out in London and elsewhere and I can safely say that the experience and overall customer service from Snellers is the best! Even with changes in account managers over the years the high standards are maintained. Perfect example of this is my interaction with Shaun Brayshaw who is my property manager. He is always professional, always super efficient and more importantly gets the job done and keeps me informed at all stages. Cannot ask for more. He is brilliant and is a credit to Snellers and their brand!
