I was left stunned and saddened at the…

I was left stunned and saddened at the lack of basic compassion and professionalism at this firm. I had the misfortune of having to engage in conversation with someone call keran following an injury enquiry I made. After he got all my personal details that took forever he cut our conversation put me on mute but I could hear him and asked another work colleague to call me after an hour asking for the same details. I told her I already spoke to someone who had all my details and that I was busy arranging a funeral which was already mentioned in previous conversation relating to my injury. She laughed as she said how sorry she was. I called to tell them to cancel the enquiry I'd prefer a firm who didn't laugh at the misery of others.

I found Laura Frizzel - our senior litigation executive - to be an excellent communicator, and extremely helpful in helping me to navigate the legal process of dealing with the aftermath of a road accident where another driver was at fault. She kept me in the loop and always explained when and why there might be times of delay. I appreciated her professionalism during a difficult time.

I am pleased with the outcome of claim for underpayment of wages.

I am pleased with the outcome of my case. It took a lot of work and my Lawyer was able to negotiate a fair settlement for me. I was informed both verbally and written throughout the process and I would recommend this company to anyone fighting a claim.

My Legal Executive Stephanie Sanders at Slater and Gordon …

My Legal Executive Stephanie Sanders is amazing. She has worked so hard on my case of medical negligence for my wonderful husband who sadly passed away. She was so caring and considerate throughout the time she was working on our case, and felt like a true friend throughout, always there to listen and advice in a extremely professional and caring manner. I could not have asked for anything or anyone better, nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Steph worked so hard on our case in order to get the best outcome. She is absolutely amazing I will miss our conversations and would highly recommend Steph and Slater and Gordon to anyone who is looking to make a clinical negligence claim, for a truly professional, considerate and caring company, who will work as hard as they can to secure the best outcome for you. Again one week later

Again one week later! Still no correspondence apart from a generic text message asking us to contact you urgently? We again called your call centre in south Africa. Same women who can't speak clear English same response. How can this matter be that urgent and you still havnt called us?!?! All this is logged anyway. Absolutely appalling. PS save the generic apologetic text message to this complaint

Dealt with slater & Gordon around 2020…

Dealt with slater & Gordon around 2020 basically was hit from behind and left all in the good hands of the above solicitors. Went through medicals then after years of seeing the status of my claim was told by this joke of a solicitor firm that they had a conflict of interest and offered only for me to find another firm. Contacted numerous firms but was too late. Would never recommend these at all, did nothing but waste my time.
