I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

I found this company simple and easy to use. The Portal allows for the secure transfer of paperwork, most documents (not all) and relevant information. They also handled the ID verification. I was assigned a Property Lawyer Dawn, who was perfect match. She was readily available by phone and email and quickly answered any queries that arose. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and specifically would request Dawn.

We are in the process of buying a house with this company. We are very disappointed with their poor service. Our case officer has changed 3 times, their basic mistakes have caused us significant stress and delays. Now we need a new mortgage offer as the company’s name has changed, we learned that today after transferring our deposit. I would kindly ask you to take this case urgently and compensate us for the time wasted and the stress caused.

This company was suggested by the agency to us and we are on the process of buying a property unfortunately we couldn’t be more disappointed than this. Our case officer was changed 3 times, the process is extremely delayed because of their mistakes, its now been months and months of waiting, our notice is about to expire in the current house and if they don’t act fast we will be outside in a few days. Moreover they have changed the company name as well and they are asking for a new mortgage offer while the deposit is already paid. Reading some of the reviews stating good communication from this company! I must be dealing with a different conveyancer. Cannot get them to respond quickly. We have a simple selling case with no chain but being advised of long delays in contacting due to lack of staff.
