Disappointed
This company was suggested by the agency to us and we are on the process of buying a property unfortunately we couldn’t be more disappointed than this. Our case officer was changed 3 times, the process is extremely delayed because of their mistakes, its now been months and months of waiting, our notice is about to expire in the current house and if they don’t act fast we will be outside in a few days. Moreover they have changed the company name as well and they are asking for a new mortgage offer while the deposit is already paid. Please take this case urgent and compensate us for the delays and stress caused. This is ridiculous service. Koray and Eva Temizsoy.
