I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Friendly and helpful staff who were available by phone as well as online. Answered emails in good time and there was an online tracker totransfer data securely and to be able to instantly see how things were progressing. I’d recommend Simply without hesitation.

The first time we used an online Conveyancer and it was fantastic! They chased us for paperwork, not the other way around. That meant that we knew just how hard they were working for us throughout the process. If we had any questions, emails were answered very quickly and we could phone and discuss purchase and selling questions directly with our Solicitor at any time. The whole process was smooth, easy and very quick as they only do conveyencing so actauly spend all their time working on our sale and purchase. I will now always use Simply Conveyancing in the future.
