I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

I'd heard that buying a home can be the most stressful experience you will ever face, so going into the process of buying our first home I was expecting the worst however, it was one of the most pain free experiences I've ever had. Our Lawyer Leanne was absolutely amazing, she kept us updated every step of the way (literally) talked us through the process up front and set expectations. We received almost daily updated and Leanne was on top of everything. We completed in 6 weeks! Also the app is great! The tracker is brill and honestly I couldn't recommend simply Conveyancing enough, they are ace!

Great communication, online and from the team who were always friendly and responsive. Nothing was delayed, information was always acted upon more or less immediately, evidenced with regular text updates on progress and through the online portal so i always had visibility on exactly who was waiting for what and how far through the process I was. Victoria was particularly brilliant, made me feel comfortable the whole way through and was always available when I needed her. Just can’t fault the service at all.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with this firm, but especially the conveyor Jake Francis. A few issues arose due to Land Registry problems with my sale and problems that could have taken months were resolved in weeks. Clear communication throughout and a problem/solution based company who work to a strict timeline and get things done. Highly recommended and would use again without looking at competitors. Very fair, transparent costings with fixed prices that increased slightly with my land registry problems but 100% genuine, honest and hard working to get the sale done.
