I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Totally disappointed, the most unhelpful snd u professional service. First time I have used Simply and definitely the last. Time wasting and pointless exercise, duplication of documents, many mistakes and very poor communication. Seven months on, renewed mortgage offer due to time to complete process, changed handler twice, and no nearer to completion. Sadly, due to stress caused by simply I am looking to withdraw from sale. USE LOCAL SOLICITORS AND SAVE TIME AND EFFORT AND RECEIVE PROFESSIONAL SPEEDY SERVICE
