I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Excellent experience both with a sale and then a few months later a purchase. All solicitors were meticulously, organised, communicated clearly, without using legal ease, and were friendly and available at the end of the phone for any queries. This made the archaic legal process of conveyancing easy to understand and stress free by being brought into the modern world with easy to hand steps and action points. Even the estate agents on the other side commented that simply property was a pleasure to deal with (this is an estate agent that had their own linked law firm). As a solicitor myself (but practising another area), I could see that the solicitors knew their job and benefited working for a larger organisation from the infrastructure, however, the firm wasn’t so big that the service lost its personal touch. Simply Conveyancing recently helped sell our family home and we have been really pleased with their service. Our solicitor Catriona was knowledgeable and responsive and kept us informed throughout the process. Most steps could be completed electronically at a time that suited us and we were able to complete on time and with no problems. We would definitely recommend the company and plan to use them again in the near future.

Conveyancing is not difficult. Our experience starts in the last half of 2023 and has recently concluded….fingers crossed. However this firm are slapdash, unprofessional and unhelpful. Communication is ineffective and at times non-existent. As a client I felt we were treated as a bit of a nuisance. There was little understanding of a clients needs and circumstances. Simply conveyancing is anything but in our experience. We were recommended by the estate agent. However we would not recommend.
