I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Kerry had always been able to reassure and told it how it is. Thank you so much Kerry and your team in having looked after myself and Peter throughout this process.

Very poor experience.
A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but donβt have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

I was introduced to this terrible company back in September to a high standard
So, obviously i thought this would be amazing.
Then the lack of communication started .
I was chasing constantly to just get a response (just look at your portal )
when i did get a response it might as well be in another language. Honor slammed the phone down on me several times when i asked to speak to someone higher up .
avoid at all cost .
They promise a fast friendly service .
Mine was far from friendly and will never admit when they are in the wrong . The customer is always right ??

I don't know about conveyancing but I can think of many, more suitable alternatives to follow the word 'simply'. Take your pick from: inept, unprofessional, unresponsive, uncaring, feckless, useless. This list could go on. First, let me be clear, I am not a client of Simply - but the people whose property I am purchasing are. There are two more couples below us in the chain, all of us were in a position to exchange/complete many weeks if not months ago. Except this has not been possible because after around five months now, Simply still cannot seem to see their way clear to ever finalising our sellers' onward purchase. The chain has missed date after date but even worse, getting any feedback or information from Simply seems nigh on impossible. Our vendors report the company doesn't answer or return calls or emails and are literally losing sleep with the stress this company is causing. This stress is being transmitted down the entire chain as calls from the vendors' estate agent being made on our behalf are similarly ignored or returned in a very late fashion. Similarly, our own solicitor has been banging her head against a wall for weeks chasing response after response. When feedback is eventually received, mixed messages are given, one minute we're good to go and the next minute we're not. Trying to pin down a date to make a firm booking with a removal company based on the behaviour of Simply is an absolute joke and people stand to lose deposits of many hundreds of pounds as a result. This company seems oblivious or maybe doesn't give a damn about the absolute and unnecessary havoc and misery they have caused, and continue to cause for four couples. Simply appalling!

Should be renamed Simply Misleading or Simply Inept.
Had the absolute worst 5 months of having to endure the ongoing mess caused by the first βlawyerβ we had been assigned.
Accused of lying, not having conversations when in fact we did and heβd messed up from the beginning.
Promised something they could not LEGALLY do (pay as per a deed of variation) and this was only brought to light when us as the client asked when theyβd need bank details.
Poor attitude, a constant blame culture is evident with staff members blaming one another.
When calls were listened to, the second lawyer was βinclined to agreeβ with us, the client, showing they were in the wrong.
Had to constantly chase numerous name errors, push for updates and basically do the work for them!!
Every phone call identified another issue, showing neglect to clients and not being trained to the level youβd expect for a Conveyancer.
Avoid like the plague if your Estate Agent suggests Simply Conveyancing as there really is nothing simple about their work!
Used simply conveyancing to purchase a property in london. All costs were clearly outlined. They have a great online system to keep up to date on process and automated text and email updates to let you know as soon as something happens. Victoria Presa processed my case. She is knowledgeable and easily contactable. She kept me well updated and processed anything she needed to process within 24 hours.
I have heard a lot of horror stories about conveyancers but my experience with simply Conveyancing was the polar opposite.
