I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Awful from start to finish. Sold my father’s house and thought I would use simply conveying solictors as it would be easier. How wrong was I. Bad communication, sent documents numerous times to be told he had not received them and just chaos and very very poor customer service

Simpletons Conveyancing Thank you for the last 5 months of added stress put onto our house sale. Your own investigation showed lack of training to the original solicitor assigned to our case. This really did not help us when moving is stressful enough as it is, along comes SC and makes it even worse. To think you came recommended by the estate agent is extremely poor and to anyone thinking of using SC for ease, I'd think again and look elsewhere.
