I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Really disappointed by the service provided by this company. In what I perceive to be a straightforward flat sale, I found communication to be difficult with the company throughout, and a complete lack of urgency in regards to simple tasks. I own multiple properties in a portfolio and have never experienced such difficultly in a flat sale before, and the whole situation left me highly stressed snd frustrated. I would recommend anyone does their due diligence before entering agreement with this firm.
