Simply Conveyancing is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and expensive.
I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting.
I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Kerry had always been able to reassure and told it how it is. Thank you so much Kerry and your team in having looked after myself and Peter throughout this process.
Many thanks
Amber and Peter
Very poor experience.
A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress, loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but donβt have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff, would not advise the service.
The experience was smooth and seamless. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally.
I was quite sceptical about my technical skills but there was no need as I found a photograph and paste answered questions about any papers or drawings that were needed.
The final day I received personal phone calls to explain what was going to happen.
My overall experience with simply conveyancing was 5 *
Been trying to sell for 5 months, a buy to let. Literally can't be bothered anymore and will give up next week. None of them really knows what is going on. My opinion is, the company has severe resourcing issues.
I couldnβt fault the experience we had with Simply Conveyancing!
Ben Crump was the solicitor for our sale and purchase and his communication was excellent, he always made himself available if we had any questions and helped us to understand some complexities that arose during the transaction.
Having a good solicitor really helped at an otherwise stressful time! Highly recommended!
Think carefully before choosing Simply Conveyancing
Word of advice to anyone considering Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers β look elsewhere. And if your seller/buyer is using them, I would see if you can get them to change their mind.
My seller was using them for the flat I now own. There were various issues we had to get sorted after the purchase had taken place. For a very simple process that had already been set in place before completion it took them three months to actually do anything about it.
I am now selling my flat and have had to get in touch with them again about another issue that they seemingly had not sorted with Land Registry. It would appear βΒ again β that they are just ignoring every form of communication, in spite of my conveyancer, estate agents and myself contacting them.
I am worried now that my sale is going to fall through and all because of the ineptitude of an unrelated conveyancing company.
I am sure the conveyancers are professional and just majorly overworked. But if you want anything done in a reasonable time I really would look elsewhere. If only to not put off any potential buyer/seller even after an offer has been accepted.
Unfortunately I cannot leave one star because I would.
They were supposed represent me with my purchase but after I instructed them(based on a quote that was on the high end) and paid for the searches then backed out without even contacting the seller solicitor to understand the property I was buying.
They property is sold by an overseas trust which means it has some restrictions when selling and involves a bit of extra work at the end when the time come to register myself as the new proprietor. I have not been asked to pay extra or anything for this extra work, they simply refused to work and this is after I instructed them. The only good thing in all of this is that they backed out at the begining of the whole process before the searches etc were made and this is because I sent them the title deed for the property that I purchased online. I'm curious what would have happened if I didn't tell them about this and let them find out, would they back out halfway?
It seems to me that if they receive something that is more difficult they are either, too lazy, they don't understand the law properly or they get a system error and don't know what to do.
Thanks to Kamalpreet and all the others covering our recent property Sale and Purchase. We are happy with the levels of service we received and all sides of our process were simple and communicated satisfactorily.
