I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Kelly was great, kept me informed throughout and was very mindful and sympathetic to the probate sale of my childhood home. I am having the most terrible experience with Simply Conveyancing so cannot understand why there are all these good reviews. The communication is appalling. They do not answer emails or request for updates via their portal. I booked a call they did not keep. My estate agent tries to chase up but still nothing moves forward. This is making me ill as I have no idea how I can remedy the situation if no one will communicate with me.
