I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Simply Conveyancing have been brilliant. We have been dealing with Jade who has gone above and beyond. Communication at all stages has been clear and concise, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. A lot of the paperwork is done electronically which makes life so much easier and saves having the get things posted back etc. We would definitely recommend and use again (not that we plan on moving again!)
Helpful staff to guide you through the process of uploading various documents, if required. Not always easy to contact my designated Solicitor which was a little frustrating. However, my experience was good at the end and it all went through very efficiently. I would use this company again but only if I could use the same team especially Victoria Agutta.
