Very poor service
I am having the most terrible experience with Simply Conveyancing so cannot understand why there are all these good reviews. The communication is appalling. They do not answer emails or request for updates via their portal. I booked a call they did not keep. My estate agent tries to chase up but still nothing moves forward. This is making me ill as I have no idea how I can remedy the situation if no one will communicate with me.
